Drukhari faction overview

The Drukhari are the Dark Eldar of Commorragh — sadistic raiders crewing skimmer vehicles and using poisoned blades, splinter weapons and pain-engines. Their three sub-factions (Kabal, Wych Cult, Haemonculus Coven) combine in every army for flexibility.

Buying advice for second-hand collectors

Drukhari kits are largely stable since the 2010 range refresh. Watch for OOP Mandrakes, Reaver Jetbikes and Talos resin variants. The Kabalite Warrior, Wych and Raider kits remain the second-hand backbone.

Collecting & army-building advice

Three sub-factions, three palettes: Kabal armour in faction colours, Wych leathers in single bold accents (red, yellow), Coven flesh in pale sickly tones. Most armies run Kabalite Warriors in Raiders, Wyches in Raiders, and Talos/Cronos as Coven heavies.

Frequently asked questions

Are Drukhari a competitive faction?
Yes — they are consistently mid-to-high tier in competitive 40K, rewarding skilled play and aggressive board control.
Do I need all three Drukhari sub-factions?
No, but most lists mix Kabal Raiders with Wych units; pure single-cult armies are less common but viable.
Are Drukhari fragile?
Yes — paper-armour units with high mobility and lethal output. They reward careful play more than most factions.
